Maximize Your Booth’s Potential: Use Your Complimentary Customer Registrations
Your exhibit package includes complimentary registrations designed to bring your top retail partners directly to your booth. We strongly encourage you to use these to invite your customers, but if you won't be using them, please don't let them sit idle. You can donate unused registrations back to the show so that the host organizations can use them to invite additional buyers to the event.
There is a $100 late fee charged for EAC forms and EAC COIs submitted after January 23.
Mobile App and Online Directory Listing
Information you enter in your Online Directory Listing will automatically be pre-populated in your company listing in the Mobile App! To best promote your products and services to attendees be sure to update your Online Directory listing and stay tuned for access to your Mobile App listing the first week of February.
To update your Online Directory listing, log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard. Note that primary contacts have access to the Exhibitor Dashboard and create their own password to login. If other team members need to have access, the primary contact may add them once logged in by clicking on “Users” from the left navigation menu. Housing
Attendance is very strong this year and some nights are sold out at the Gaylord National Resort.
FMI/Meat Institute has received several reports of third-party hotel scammers targeting our exhibitors and attendees. These hotel booking scammers have no affiliation with FMI, the Meat Institute, or the Annual Meat Conference. Any company requiring full prepayment should be viewed with extreme suspicion. If you are solicited by any group other than FMI/Meat Institute or the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center for AMC, please contact events@meatinstitute.org.
