Vehicles must be unloaded within a 20 minute period.

Outbound Shipping After Show Close
Schedule your designated carrier pick-up at least 24 hours in advance of exhibitor move-out if you are not shipping with Tradeshow Logistics Transport.
Exhibitors using small package services (FedEx, UPS, or Airfreight) must have proper shipping labels from your carrier. Also please remember to contact your carrier to schedule a pick up.
If you are shipping freight after the show closes, an outbound material handling form is required and must be returned to the service desk. Shipments without this form cannot be processed by your designated carrier.
