Lead Retrieval
The VoiceHive Lead Retrieval order form has been activated. Lead retrieval will be accessible on your own device/phone, for $199.00per exhibiting company. Login to the lead retrieval site using a registered exhibit staff(s) email address. If no one in your group has registered – the payment page will appear. Submit a booth staff registration and then place an order for Lead Retrieval using the same email address. Once the $199.00 payment has been processed for the Lead Retrieval, everyone that is registered for your company will be able to utilize the feature. Exhibitor Registration
Registration was launched November 24. Every attendee, including exhibit staff, must register individually to receive a badge and participate in the conference. Create an account for each person being registered. Your company should have received an email with instructions from VoiceHive, NSA's registration partner. If you have not, please contact Nicole Davis at ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com.
Shipping
We strongly advise not to ship direct to the J.W. Marriott, to avoid not being able to retrieve your shipment during the move-in hours. All shipments should be sent to the Shepard Advance Warehouse. The shipping information is located in the Shepard Exhibitor Services Manual. See the information below.
NSA Conference App/Website
The most important and useful tool your company may have, is the NSA Conference App/Website. Open a browser on your device and go to nsaconf.org to open the website. Save the site as an icon to your device homepage. This is where all conference details are located, including the up-to-the-minute agenda.

Conference App Company Description
Add your company’s description using the VoiceHive portal link, included with your company's registration information. All exhibitor descriptions will appear on the NSA 2026 Winter Floor Plan and the conference mobile app/website. Email Nicole Davis, ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com, if you are not in receipt of your VoiceHive login information.
Exhibitor Liability Insurance Program
As a standard requirement for all of our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event January 31 – February 4, 2026, naming the National Sheriffs’ Association (1450 Duke St., Alexandria, VA 22314) as the certificate holder and as additional insured. The Certificate of Insurance was due January 13th. The last day to submit is January 27th. Email your certificate of insurance to ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com.
