Plan and Promote Your Booth
As you start to plan for Clinical Congress 2026, be sure to visit the Plan My Booth section of the Exhibitor Resources site. Here you'll find the Exhibitor Schedule, Policies & Procedures, Quick Reference Guide, and other planning tools to help ensure a smooth exhibiting experience.
Visit the Promote My Booth section to explore Advertising & Promotional opportunities, and access the Exhibitor Marketing Toolkit to promote your presence at Clinical Congress 2026.
Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard to manage your exhibitor profile, order services, and access important planning resources. Your company's Primary Contact has been sent an email with instructions for accessing the Exhibitor Dashboard and creating a password.
If you are having trouble logging in, contact Kim Haines. If you need other team members to have access, you can add them once you are logged into the Exhibitor Dashboard.
Exhibitor Service Kit
The Exhibitor Service Kit is now live. Order your services in advance to save time and money on-site. The discount deadline for many services isAugust 28.

What's Included in Your Booth
Inline booths under 400 square feet include basic black carpeting. All other booth types must provide their own flooring.

Exhibitor Registration is Now Open!
You can now register your booth personnel through the Exhibitor Dashboard. Once logged in, locate the Exhibitor Registration box and select "Click Here to Register" to access the registration site.
Each 10x10 booth space receives four (4) exhibitor badges at no charge. Additional badges can be purchased at $50 each.
Don't forget to order your lead retrieval while registering your booth staff. Lead retrieval allows your booth personnel to capture attendee contact information for post-show follow-up. Early bird pricing ends August 1.
