Expanded Exhibit Hall Hours in 2026!
We are adding more time to the exhibit hall, and the hours will be 11:45 am – 5:00 pm on Tuesday, March 3. These hours are fully dedicated to the exhibits and there will be no overlapping events or functions. We will once again provide lunch accompaniments on the show floor to enhance your showcased product as well as an open bar from 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm.

The Online Directory is THE place attendees go to see who is exhibiting and learn more about their products and services. Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard to:
Pay for your Exhibit Space and download your invoice
Access the Exhibitor Service Kit (available in early December)
Update your company profile for the website and mobile app
The Primary Contact will receive an email this week to access the Exhibitor Dashboard and will create their own password. For any Exhibitor Dashboard access issues, please contact help@mapyourshow.com. If other team members need to have access, the primary contact may add them once logged in by clicking on “Users” from the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
Complimentary Exhibitor Badges

Registrations included with your booth are:
Three (3) Full Conference and (1) Exhibit Hall Only badge per 10’ x 12’ / 120 square feet of space
Two (2) Full Conference registrations per exhibiting company to use for Retail Customers
Your next step is to register your booth personnel for exhibitor badges. You will not be able to access the exhibit hall and/or sessions without a badge.
Please reference the registration email sent to the primary contact from FMI register@fmi.org with your allotments and instructions to register for your complimentary badges. If you need to register additional badges over and above your complimentary allotment, you or your team members can register online. Register by January 2, 2026, for the Early Bird Rate. If you have any registration questions or need assistance registering, please contact register@fmi.org.
Exhibitor Service Kit
The Exhibitor Service Kit will be available in early December and includes all the information you’ll need to order booth services, plan for food sampling, shipping information, and more.
Housing
AMC exhibitors may book their hotel reservations at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center at a discounted nightly rate of $285 USD. You can book up to 10 rooms at a time online. To book more than 10 rooms, email events@meatinstitute.org to set up a group or if you have any questions.
Room Block Cut Off: February 13, 2026.
We expect the hotel to sell out before the cut-off date. Be sure to secure your hotel reservations early!
SCAM ALERT!
FMI/Meat Institute has received several reports of third-party hotel scammers targeting our exhibitors and attendees. These hotel booking scammers have no affiliation with FMI, the Meat Institute, or the Annual Meat Conference. Any company requiring full prepayment should be viewed with extreme suspicion. If you are solicited by any group other than FMI/Meat Institute or the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center for AMC, please contact events@meatinstitute.org.
