The full online Exhibitor Portal will officially launch on July 6 and will serve as your one-stop resource for all exhibitor planning information and event preparation tools.
In the meantime, exhibitors currently have access to the limited portal, where you can:
Complete your Directory Listing (Company Profile)
Your profile is your first step to visibility. Be sure to complete your profile thoroughly for brand recognition through the EVIS website and social media announcements, and to engage attendees through the EVIS attendee/supplier networking platform included with your participation.

If you have not yet received your Exhibitor Welcome Letter and login credentials, please contact your Exhibits Manager, Nic Kreger, to have the information resent.
The full Exhibitor Portal will include important deadlines, vendor ordering information, move-in schedules, shipping instructions, and additional event resources.
Housing
Official exhibitor housing is now available through the Exhibitor Portal.
We encourage all exhibitors to book accommodations early to secure preferred hotel options and discounted event rates.
Please be aware that unauthorized third-party vendors may contact exhibitors regarding hotel reservations or discounted room blocks. These companies are not affiliated with EVIS America and are not approved event partners. EVIS America is not responsible for any financial loss or other damages resulting from reservations made through unauthorized housing providers.
If you receive suspicious housing solicitations, please forward them directly to your EVIS Sales Executive.

We encourage exhibitors to register staff early to streamline onsite badge pickup and ensure your team receives important pre-show communications and event updates.
