Beware of Scams
NSA provides a pre-conference attendee list 2-3 weeks prior to the conference and a post-conference attendee list. Below is a list of NSA 2026 Annual Service Providers.

Exhibitor Registration
Every attendee, including exhibit booth staff, must register individually to receive a badge and participate at the conference. Your company should have received an email with instructions from VoiceHive, NSA's registration partner. If you have not, please contact Nicole Davis at ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com.

What's Included with Your Exhibit Space?
8′ high back wall drape, 3′ high side rail dividers (drape colors: blue), & company ID sign. (Excludes island booths)
Aisle Carpet Color(s): Blue.
Daily aisle maintenance and 24-hour security in the exhibit hall.
Two full-conference badges providing access to keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and social events, per 100 square feet.
Company listing on the conference app and floor plan.
The pre-conference attendee list (a partial list of early registrants) and the post-conference attendee list.
A printed copy of the NSA Sheriff Directory – distributed onsite.
A comprehensive exhibitor marketing tool kit.
Note: Carpet/flooring is REQUIRED in all exhibit booths. Your company may bring your own carpet/flooring or place an order in the Shepard Exhibitor Service Manual. Email Nicole Davis, ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com to advise if your company is providing your own carpet/flooring.
If your company plans to have a mobile unit/vehicle in your exhibit booth, complete the Motorized Unit/Vehicle Spotting form in the Shepard Exhibitor Service Manual and email Nicole Davis, ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com to advise. Note: Carpet/flooring is required.
Conference App Company Description
Add your company’s description using the VoiceHive portal link, included with your company's registration information. All exhibitor descriptions will appear on the NSA 2026 Annual Floor Plan and the conference mobile app/website. Email Nicole Davis, ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com, if you are not in receipt of your VoiceHive login information.
Exhibitor Liability Insurance Requirement
As a standard requirement for all exhibitors, it is necessary for your company to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, June 8 - 11, 2026, naming the National Sheriffs’ Association (1450 Duke St. Alexandria, VA 22314) as the certificate holder and as additional insured. Email your company’s Certificate of Insurance to ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com by May 22, 2026.
