Beware of Scams
NSA provides a pre-conference attendee list 2-3 weeks prior to the conference and a post-conference attendee list. Below is a list of NSA 2026 Annual Service Providers.

Local Law Enforcement Appreciation Day
We’re excited to welcome local law enforcement personnel to the Exhibit Hall during the 2026 NSA Annual Conference for Local Law Enforcement Appreciation Day on Wednesday, June 10.
From 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., local law enforcement personnel will receive complimentary access to the Exhibit Hall. To enter, they can stop by Registration, show their credentials or ID, and receive a guest pass to walk the floor.
This guest pass is valid for Exhibit Hall access only on Wednesday, June 10.
We encourage exhibitors to use this opportunity to connect with local agencies, share your products and services, and welcome law enforcement professionals from the Omaha area and surrounding communities.
Send an invitation to your local law enforcements connections with this complimentary access information along with your exhibiting company name and booth number.
Exhibitor Registration
Every attendee, including exhibit booth staff, must register individually to receive a badge and participate at the conference. Your company should have received an email with instructions from VoiceHive, NSA's registration partner. If you have not, please contact Nicole Davis at ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com.
Exhibitor Weapon Registration
Companies exhibiting firearms of any kind at NSA 2026 are required to register the manufacturer, model, serial number, and type of each weapon displayed. This includes pellet guns and look-alikes, as well as firearm accessories (silencers, for example).
NOTE: Failure to register your weapons by May 22, 2026could result in your weapons being prohibited from the show floor. Strict enforcement will be applied.

Carpet/flooring requirement.
Carpet/flooring is REQUIRED in all exhibit booths.Your company may bring your own carpet/flooring or place an order in the Shepard Exhibitor Service Manual. Email Nicole Davis, ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com to advise if your company is providing your own carpet/flooring.
Attendee Marketing List
NSA will email all exhibitors a pre-conference list about 2 weeks before the conference and a complete list about a week after the conference. NSA does not sell the list. This is the ONLY legitimate and authorized list of NSA 2026 Annual Conference attendees. Please do not purchase a list from any organization that contacts you attempting to sell the NSA list. They are not affiliated with or authorized by NSA in any way.
Mobile Unit/Vehicle Display
If your company plans to have a mobile unit/vehicle in your exhibit booth, complete the Motorized Unit/Vehicle Spotting form in the Shepard Exhibitor Service Manual and email Nicole Davis, ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com to advise. Note: Carpet/flooring is required.
Conference App Company Description
Add your company’s description using the VoiceHive portal link, included with your company's registration information. All exhibitor descriptions will appear on the NSA 2026 Annual Floor Plan and the conference mobile app/website. Email Nicole Davis, ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com, if you are not in receipt of your VoiceHive login information.
Exhibitor Liability Insurance Requirement
As a standard requirement for all exhibitors, it is necessary for your company to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, June 8 - 11, 2026, naming the National Sheriffs’ Association (1450 Duke St. Alexandria, VA 22314) as the certificate holder and as additional insured. Email your company’s Certificate of Insurance to ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com by May 22, 2026.
