Exhibitor Registration
Registration was launched November 24. Every attendee, including exhibit staff, must register individually to receive a badge and participate in the conference. Create an account for each person being registered. Your company should have received an email with instructions from VoiceHive, NSA's registration partner. If you have not, please contact Nicole Davis at ndavis@tradeshowlogic.com.
Shipping
We strongly advise not to ship direct to the J.W. Marriott, to avoid not being able to retrieve your shipment during the move-in hours. All shipments should be sent to the Shepard Advance Warehouse. The shipping information is located in the Shepard Exhibitor Services Manual. See the information below.

Important Note: Limited space does not allow for larger exhibit booths such as 10’ x 10’ displays/graphics or vehicles and they will not be permitted.
8′ wide x 6’ deep tabletop exhibit space, 8′ high draped back wall, & company ID sign.
The exhibit hall is carpeted.
Daily aisle maintenance and 24-hour security in the exhibit hall.
Two full-conference badges providing access to keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and social events, per 8′ x 6’ space.
Company listing and description in conference program app, listing in Sheriff & Deputy magazine (deadlines apply), and listing on the NSA website.
The pre-conference attendee list (a partial list of early registrants) and the post-conference attendee list.

Conference App Company Description
Add your company’s description using the VoiceHive portal link, included with your company's registration information. All exhibitor descriptions will appear on the NSA 2026 Winter Floor Plan and the conference mobile app/website. Exhibitor Liability Insurance Program
As a standard requirement for all of our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event January 31 – February 4, 2026, naming the National Sheriffs’ Association (1450 Duke St., Alexandria, VA 22314) as the certificate holder and as additional insured. Email your company’s Certificate of Insurancetondavis@tradeshowlogic.comby January 13.
