Plan and Promote Your Booth
As you start to plan for SIGGRAPH 2026, be sure to visit the Plan My Booth section of the Exhibitor Resources site. Here you will find the Exhibition Schedule, Display Guidelines, Terms and Conditions, and more to ensure a smooth setup.

The Primary Contact for your company received an email with information to access the Exhibitor Dashboard and create a password. The Exhibitor Dashboard is where you can update your Online Directory Listing, access the Exhibitor Service Kit, register badges, and more.
The Exhibitor Service Kit is now live. Order your services in advance to save time and money on the show site. You can access the kit here or find all vendor ordering information in the Quick Reference Guide.
Order most services by 22 June to take advantage of discount pricing.
Note: The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Floor covering is required for your exhibit space.

SIGGRAPH 2026 has negotiated discounted rates at select hotels in Los Angeles. These discounts are available to SIGGRAPH 2026 attendees only.
The hotel reservation link is now available. Reservations must be booked using this official link to receive the discounted rates.
Any structure measuring 12 feet or higher requires a Temporary Structure Permit from the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS).
